Quarantine Workout Series (Q30) Is Now Available!

With the COVID-19 virus spreading across America, many have been told to ‘shelter in place’ and practice ‘social distancing’ when leaving the home. At first this may have been easy for you; More time for Netflix, sleeping in, relaxing, and spending extra time with your loved ones. But after a week, that routine might be seeming old. One thing that you can do to raise your spirits and increase your wellness, is to stay active. That’s why I’ve created this special workout series just for you! Each workout is less than 30 minutes and designed to be done at home or outside while practicing social distancing. Best of all, I plan to adapt the workouts according to your feedback and needs.
